Day 3 (RunKeeper)

Another day down, another day feeling good.

Todays workout was running if you didn't know and it felt like the first real exercise toward running a mile strait! This workout was cut up, having running/walking around 2 miles. Starting with a 5 minute warm up, where your free to do your own thing (I did my normal stretches and brisk walk). This warm up is followed up with intervolves of running steady for sixty seconds and walking a 90 second cool down. It has you do one of these sets 8 time thought out the work out, with adds up to running/walking for a total of around 30 minutes.

Overall, this was a great work out. I felt like I was running just a little farther each intervolve. Defiantly a good start on a endurance stand point. I finished completing 2.02 miles, total duration 28:03 minutes, and average running pace of 9:41 min/mile. Looking to improve these numbers by the end of this and real excited for the future.
