Day 11 (RunKeeper)

Another good day. Beautiful day to go for a run. Today was another run walk intervolves. 5 Min. warm up followed by 20 min. of 1 min running then 1min 30sec walk and so on. Felt great today, ran faster than I every have today, about 8 min/mile so that was a plus.

Getting better everyday! I'm really enjoying this a lot more than I thought ever would. Its a great feeling bettering yourself and making that effort to invest in yourself. Its awesome! Tomorrows part B of the Men's Health workout. See all about it tomorrow!
