Day 29

Haven't been on in a while, just giving a small update.

Everything's going well, I have switched to doing the MH's workout AND running on the same day. Trying to give my body some rest days, like it deserves ha. Real excited to get this month out of the way and take on next months workout!

Friday will be the start of that, pry practice some of the reps out on Thursday and blog bout em. Other than that nothing, hopeing to finish the week out strong and move on!
