Day 6 (MH workout A)

Sorry this one is late, did the workout and didn't have time to get in here and post so I left it for today.

Anyways, another good day, did more reps than I had before. I did up the dumbbell weight from 20 to 25, made it that much harder. Other than that no major changes. Did the workout, at the end I did not feel as tired as I did the first time around so I am getting better haha. Really nothing new to report on right now, just the same old same old. I have noticed that I'm not eating as much at meals and spreading my eating out over the day. Don't know if that's a side affect from me exercising or its just the mindset I've moved into, either way, I know this is a good thing :) .
