Day 14 (MH's workout A)

Week two is down and out! Another successful week out of the way and I'm half way though the first phase. Today was another MH's workout and it was good. Really feeling it in my strength and body. 

Didn't change anything in the workout. Kept the same weights, same sets. Really nothing changed. Real excited about tomorrow's weigh in though. Really intrested in the progress I've made so far!
