Hey everybody! Week one Down and out!
Nother day down, the last one in this week! Running exercise was pretty easy, brisk walk/jog for 45 minutes strait, just to get in the mindset of being active over long periods of time. Again, I split it up, jogging for about .2 mile, then resting by walking .2 mile. It wasnt to hard on my body, might have been a little unexpected just moving for that amount of time.
Other than that, everything went well and i finished up week strong. Im doing a weigh in tomorrow, real excited to see what i buned off. Also tomorrows workout is part B of the Mens Health, even more excited to do that again. Chack it out in tomorrows post.
