Day 5 (RunKeeper)

Another great day for running and another day of feeling good.

Today was a lot easier than the other days. Today was another mile and a half run or walk and, again, I split it up. 5 minute warm up again, then running about a quarter mile each time (farthest I've gone so far). Felt really good after my time was up on my 1.5 mile, so I went for about another half mile or so on and off. Defiantly felt like I could have kept going after my extra couple laps, I wanted to go more, but decided not to wear myself out and call it a day.

Finished up the workout with a total distance of 2.27 miles. Feel like I'm running longer everyday, and it feels awesome haha. I know I keep saying this but I mean it, I'm excited for the future and I'm Always looking forward to more!
