Some Info On What Im Doing

This is a little info on what I'm doing that I didn't see as important to put in my other posts.




My Diet

The only change in my diet that I have made so far is that I have cut out soda/pop entirely. I'm drinking water for this "experience", and green tea for a substitute when I get tired of water. They say that Green Tea help boost metabolism, as well as other helpful effects so I'm interested how this will effect my workouts. Everything is the same. I'm eating the same as I did before. Really interested how this will turn out.
