Great workout today, real simple too.
This one is by far my favorite, integrating the dumbbells three times in the workout. And so I have dubbed this Dumbbell Hero haha. Anyways really great workout, worked all of the major parts of the of the body. Felt really good afterwards. Find myself doing more and more reps each day, so I'm definitely getting better. Really looking forward to doing this one again.
Short one today, not much more to report on. Check back in tomorrow for another running day!
