Day 9 (RunKeeper)

Best day of running yet! Today was another 1.5 mile fast walk/run. I started off with my usual 5 min. warm up, and then I decided to see how far I could run without breaking. I impressed myself to be honest haha, cause I went a little more than a half mile without stopping, only stopping for a brief water break then went back at it with another half mile run! After I walked a little and finished off the workout strong running.

Still had a little energy left, so I ran a couple more laps around the yard and finished up with a couple walking laps. Don't know if it was the cold air or what but I defiantly ran a lot bet today and I felt like I had all the energy in the world ha. Whatever it was, it felt good. That's about it for today, really feeling good. Tomorrow is the start of another round of the Men's Health workout so check back in tomorrow for all the deets!
