Day 10 (MHs workout A)

Sorry for the lateness. This I kind of just forgot about after I did it haha

Anyways another good work out. I stuck with 25 dumbells, doing more reps that last time in my 20 second time frame. Think I sweated a lot more yesterday than I did any other day doing these. I'm assuming that's because I'm doing more reps.

So another day down. Check out today's post, if I remember lol. This one is RunKeeper and I'll be doing intervoles of 1min running followed by 1.5 min walks. Should be fun ha check it out!
