Day 15 (RunKeeper)

Easy day today, took it easy this time. Kind if treated my self to an easy day ha. Did the work out, brisk walk or jog for 45 minutes. I walked the whole 45 minutes. I was active most of the rest of the day too, so I feel pretty good about my exercise today. 

Nothing else, really looking forward to next weeks weigh in! Tomorrow I'm back at the men's health, so check back then to read all about it!
