Day 8 (MH workout B)

Start of a new week today and I was already feeling great after my first weigh in today! Today was another installment of the Men's Health workout and it felt even better than the first time. I defiantly favor dumbbell over everything else haha. 

The only change in the workout that I did was up the weigh from 15 to 20 lbs, which did make a lot of difference. Real excited to hit this week hard and come out on the other side better. Also can't wait for next weeks weigh in! 

Tomorrow I'll be back at that pesky running again ha. Another run/walk mile and a half. Check out tomorrow's post all about it!
