Ok guys, from now on I'm only doing these every other day, so to have more content on each, and I also plan on taking the Men's Health workout father than the running. So, eventually it will just be the MH's.
Ok, getting that out of the way, yesterday was good, and today was great! The RunKeeper had me running 2 miles, however I haven't got that far, so I split it up again. Running as hard and as far as I could, then resting. Was a good workout.
Today was even better. Feel my self going through the sets without even thinking about it. And they seem to be going faster and faster day after day!
Took a peek at my weight, as well, today. I'm gaining back my weight back in musule haha. Looking like I did at Sunday's weigh in, but I'm back up to 230. So that's news lol.
Bout it for today. Going to run tomorrow, and be back on Friday with the deets on both workouts. See ya then!
