Early rise

Just a clarification for myself mostly. I have set my alarm for 6, an hour earlier than I usually get up. Going to just try getting myself up at that time first then trying to move into working out after.

Hopefully this will only take a week or two, but I'm not the best morning person so we ll see.

I'm back!

Yes, yes I know I've been gone for a while now. But now I'm getting back into my workout rutine! 

Just an update, I finished my last work out at te end of last year and my final weigh in was just under 214. I was really satisfied so I sort of took a break. 

Since then, I be been working hard at my job, most likely putting on a few extra pounds of musule. I now weigh in the low 219 range. So I've decided to get back at it and start working out again.

I will be doing the same thing I was doing in the past, posting updates here again, the only change is that I will be trying to do these in the mornings. Fingers crosses that I can get though this

So if you re reading this, thanks! It means a lot. If not (which I assume is the case) it's okay because I'm really just posting on here for me, to keep me motivated and on track.

Day 37

Doing these posts at the end of each week, I ve decided. Seeing as I'm incapable of getting on here every other day.

First workout of the new regiment went well, excited for part b tonight. I'll have a more indept review at the end of this week. Weighed in at 226.4 this weekend so I think I'm back to lossing weigh not gaining musule lol.

Other than that, nothing more to report. Again, check out my post at the end of the week for the full deets on the new workout regiment.

Day 29

Haven't been on in a while, just giving a small update.

Everything's going well, I have switched to doing the MH's workout AND running on the same day. Trying to give my body some rest days, like it deserves ha. Real excited to get this month out of the way and take on next months workout!

Friday will be the start of that, pry practice some of the reps out on Thursday and blog bout em. Other than that nothing, hopeing to finish the week out strong and move on!

Day 23 (MH's workout A)

Sorry bout the change but I not fixed the problem.....me haha. Anyways three more days down and still feeling great!

I have dropped the RunKeeper for just intervoles every other day. That's about the only change. This is the last full week in this month's MH's workout and next month is a whole new set. I'll have more info as I get closer. That's it for now.

Day 20 (MH's workout B)

This ones real late, I haven't gotten around to it yet, but here it is.

Everything went well, defiantly building quiet a bit of strength! Both my exercises went smoothly, I didn't change anything in either one.

Nothing else today. Tomorrow I'll have another weigh in as well as another three workouts. Switching my days and what I do on them. Will make more sence when I'm done with em.
