Early rise

Just a clarification for myself mostly. I have set my alarm for 6, an hour earlier than I usually get up. Going to just try getting myself up at that time first then trying to move into working out after.

Hopefully this will only take a week or two, but I'm not the best morning person so we ll see.

I'm back!

Yes, yes I know I've been gone for a while now. But now I'm getting back into my workout rutine! 

Just an update, I finished my last work out at te end of last year and my final weigh in was just under 214. I was really satisfied so I sort of took a break. 

Since then, I be been working hard at my job, most likely putting on a few extra pounds of musule. I now weigh in the low 219 range. So I've decided to get back at it and start working out again.

I will be doing the same thing I was doing in the past, posting updates here again, the only change is that I will be trying to do these in the mornings. Fingers crosses that I can get though this

So if you re reading this, thanks! It means a lot. If not (which I assume is the case) it's okay because I'm really just posting on here for me, to keep me motivated and on track.
